Since its inception, Dés en Folie has given importance to the data of its customers and in particular to its dissemination.

No personal data is requested during a simple visit to the site.  This document presents the practices, information and data we collect and their purpose.

4. Purpose and Recipients of Collection

We collect the data as strictly as necessary and indicate the purpose of the data. Dés en Folie undertakes never to use this data for any purpose other than those explicitly announced and undertakes never to pass this data on to third parties.

The recipients of this collection are customer services, accounting (internal and accounting firm), shipping (internal and logistics company such as the Post Office), payment (PayPal company, Credit Mutuel and CMC), Partners Dés en Folie (in case of purchase of products in the partners section).

Dés en Folie can also transmit this personal data to the judicial authorities, law enforcement when required by law.
Dés en Folie does not transmit any data outside the EU.

5. How long your personal data is stored

Dés en Folie keeps your data strictly within the framework of its purpose and within the right time frame. Specifically for commercial surveys, the data is kept only 2 years after the end of the commercial relationship (last purchase or end date of subscription)

This data can be kept longer in case of legal obligation (e.g. invoices)

When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized by Dés en Folie.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Act of January 6, 1978 (Article 34), you have the right to access, modify, correct and delete your data. You can also withdraw your consent to any treatment of your personal data based on your consent. In order to assert your rights according to the conditions mentioned above and in the event that Dés en Folie has doubts about the applicant, Dés en Folie may ask you to justify your identity by mentioning your name, first name, email address and accompany your application with a copy of a valid ID.

A reply will be sent to you within one (1) month of the request.
If necessary, this period may be extended by two (2) months by Dés en Folie, which will inform you, given the complexity and/or number of requests.

In the event of a request to delete your personal data and/or if your right to request the erasure of your personal data is exercised, however, Dés en Folie may keep it in the form of an interim archive for the duration necessary to meet its legal obligations, or for probationary purposes during the applicable limitation period.

7. Data security

The security of your personal data has always been taken seriously by Dés en Folie since its inception. Data is processed according to secure protocols (https) that significantly limit the risk of interception or recovery by third parties. However, due to the open nature of the internet, we cannot exclude acts of piracy, or unauthorized access of third parties. By continuing to use our Site, you accept these risks.
